1932 Ford Coupe

This car was an old hot-rodder's standard, and I understand that new, replica versions are easily available -- all with the kinds of re-cut bodies, big engines, and the like favored by the car's one-time enthusiasts. This little model is simple stock; I had a bit of fun with the paint, but otherwise one could imagine a pre-WW II country doctor chugging over the backroads in it.

This one's an AMT model. It reminds me that when I was a kid AMT made, and I assembled, either a '32 or '36 that included a rumble seat. Over all the years I've been buying these models for my kid and then assembling them myself I've looked for a reissue of that car. No luck.
