As a kid, I assembled a 1940 Ford sedan (sold since with the alternate grill prominant as the 1939 sedan). I haven't managed to pick up one of those, but the standard coupe is easy to find. Lindberg included one as their potential junk car in the Dodge cab-over with flatbed kit. I assembled that one in stock form, the teal one. Years ago, my kid put together the slightly modified, slightly roughed-up black and red one that's in my junkyard, using either an AMT or Lindberg kit. |
