| This Dodge truck was a major project -- these large trucks tend to include lots of detail and require a good deal of effort to put together. The Lindberg kit comes with a flatbed that is, potentially, twice as long as the short version I assembled. My reaction, as I started on the truck was "This big? What am I going to do with the thing?" Even with the half-length flatbed, the truck takes up plenty of room. I'm happy with the end result, but I wish I could find a truck from the '50s to fill out my diaroma. So far, my home-build '53 is the best I could do, and this '64 Dodge just doesn't fit with the theme. | |
